What they built
A supply-chain allocation system where Foundry records each planner's final allocation, why they accepted or overrode the optimiser, what they expected, and what happened; those decision records train a specialised model.
The result
On a development set, the model trained on planner decision records reached 86.7% accuracy on allocation decisions, versus 55.5% for a large general model and 17.5% for the untrained base model.
The number covers back-tested allocation decisions on one development set; planners keep final authority.
